A Sad Story

Last night I went to the monthly PTO meeting at my son's school. I kinda have to since I am the president. Besides the usual end of school year business, we discussed a family in the district. Their daughter, who is a 1st grader, has cancer. It doesn't look good for her either. Right now they have pulled her out of school for hospice since they do not expect her to live through the summer.

I came home and cried. I could not imagine what they are going through seeing their little one just wasting away slowly and suffering. I feel for that poor little girl having to go through that at such a young age.

So if you would say a prayer for them, I am sure it would be most appreciated.

Oh Maggie:
Just want to fall down and cry!!! The little girl and her family. How tragic. I feel like cussing! Certainly makes life confusing and it affects everyone. To think of her little classmates : (
My prayers to her and her family!!!
