I Am A Preschool Graduate!

Ok, the bitty one is, but I feel like I am too.

Isn't she sweet? Looks are so deceiving! She NEEDED a new dress for this big day. Graduation day from the 3 year old preschool program.

Of course before we left I had to do a little photo shoot with her. I can hardly believe that my baby is almost a kindergartner! I just had her yesterday!

She looks so cute in her graduation cap with the rest of her class.

The class arrived and entertained everyone with a couple of songs that they learned for graduation day.

Then it was time for diplomas! Her teacher, Mrs DeRosier, presented the diplomas with her teacher aide, Mrs Waldron, and her student teacher, Mrs VanSant. Unfortunately, Mrs VanSant is moving this summer to Florida.

Big brother came along to watch his little sister. Of course, she had big hugs for him! Hey! I did all the hard work this year!

Oh well.... it was time for food. The teachers planned a potluck. Everything looked soooo good! I brought meatballs. Look for a upcoming recipe about them.

I also made a little gift for each of the kids and the teachers. The front says "I get by with a little help from my friends" and the back has everyone's name on it. I tied raffia and attached a pic of Syrina with our phone number on the back for a summer play date. There is also an upcoming post about how to make the shirts too. Really easy as long as you don't realize AFTER you have all the images printed that they need to be mirror image so you can read them right! Hmmmmpf....

So there you have them! Hartland's Preschool Class of 2011!

Now that that is over, I have lots more upcoming posts. Here are a few more....

Homemade Yogurt! If you like yogurt you won't want to miss this one. I bet everyone even has a "fancy" yogurt maker and they don't even know it! As a bonus, what you can do with the yogurt. Yumm!

Big Girl Play Date! It's Mommy time! I have invited some of my friends and their kids over for lunch. Come and join in on the fun! An outdoor tablescape and yummy food.

How to make a big ole honking book wreath! Better stock up on bandaids cause there is lots of hot glue involved with this one.

So come on back to see these and more!

Oh Maggie,
That first photo is priceless. She looks as if butter wouldn't melt !! What a star you have. I bet that you can't believe that she is growing up so fast. Ours are 31 ans 29 and it only seems like the other day when they were the bitty one's age. Make the most of every second Maggie.....it goes so fast. XXXX

Awe, Maggie. She is so precious. Your post brought tears to my eyes. It hasn't hit me yet but it's fast approaching (like 2 wks) and my baby girl is graduating too. High school! I'm feeling so nostalgic...she just graduated from pre-k yesterday (when your daughter was born). lol
Time flies. Enjoy every minute.
