You Gotta Be Kidding Me!

It all started with Tinkerbell.

We waited in line to see the fairies at Disney when we went.

Syrina loves Tinkerbell

And ladybugs

And she told Tinkerbell that

Did you know Tinkerbell's job is to put the spots on ladybugs?

Yup!

So she told the bitty one that if she EVER found a ladybug without spots to bring it right back to her!

Innocent enough right?!

Guess what Syrina found yesterday?

A freaking ladybug with NO SPOTS!!

Yes, honey of course I will jump in the car....

....drive 22 hours to Disney....

....pay $160.00 to get in....

....stand in line for an 1-1/2 hours....

....to give a ladybug with NO SPOTS to the girl who probably makes minimum wage dressed in a Tinkerbell costume!

NOT!

Of course, this cause much crying and screaming to just "DO IT MOMMY!".

So while I am trying to reason with the screaming, crying 3 year old, staring at this mutant ladybug, up walks the dog.

She ate the ladybug!

Immediately, the tears and screaming stops.

Finally, there is silence.

The funniest part was catching the bitty one lifting up the dog's tail to look at her butt to see if the ladybug had come out.

RIP spotless ladybug!

ARe you sick of me yet? I am.

Next time I'm at Disney I'll kick some fairy butt for you. It's Disney's way of manipulating parents thru their kids to make them come back and spend more money....

It works, obviously.

Thank you for sharing this sweet and funny 'tail'. A spotless lady bug? I probably would have taken an extra fine point sharpie marker to it!
