I made a little button of this for my blog... I wanted to include your polka dots and red ribbon. If you like it, I will email you the HTML code. For some reason I'm having a difficult time sending it via comments.
Love the pic!!! If only my chi didn't eat evertyhing in sight, she'd be that size!! LOL
